Positions open - 3 aligned to Marketing, 1 to Supply Chain
Requirement – immediate
The key responsibilities will include: Integrate with the Marketing function in HP to understand the business priorities/problems and design analytics solutions to support them. Responsible for Opportunity Identification, Solution Definition and Transitioning of Marketing activities to India team. Will include working with Delivery teams in India, client teams on-shore and support teams like HR and finance. Work closely with HP's Enterprise Sales teams to cross-sell Analytics to HP's key accounts. Will include supporting pre-sales initiatives like RFP/RFI responses, building marketing collateral and interacting with sales/client teams as required Help in building up new offerings, manage proof-of-concept/ pilot projects and ensure delivery meets and exceeds expectations Drives standardization across teams in terms of process documentation including service standards, business impact, etc..
Desired Profile: Creative thinker, self starter and strong team player, Excellent communication and client/relationship management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and to work in an unstructured environment. Very strong MS Office skills - powerpoint, excel, word. Prior experience in working with cross cultural and virtual teams will be an advantage. Ability to work late hours and have flexible work timings.
Qualifications: MBA from a Tier1 institute 3-5years post MBA experience in business/process consulting/advertising/marketing. Passport ready is a must, US Visa readiness will be an advantage. Understanding of marketing and sales functions in a global consumer goods or technology company will be a strong advantage for the Supply Chain Role - Additional requirements would be -- Strong understanding of SAP / SAP-APO / BO for supply chain support- Understanding of supply chain value chain- Understanding of/Exposure to procurement and supply chain in a global consumer goods industry environment.
